If you require testing, we are able to take samples and have them tested at a few chosen labs depending on the requirements.

We are able to have moulds tested to identify the specific type(s) of mould present.

What causes mould?

Mould growth is always the result of excess moisture in an area, whether its from -

  • Water ingress

  • Flooding

  • Leaks

  • Poor ventilation

  • Sealed vents

  • Inadequate airflow

    If left untreated, it can cause structural damage and pose health risks. The first step in mould remediation is identifying the root cause of the moisture issue.

Can mould be harmful?

Mould exposure may not always affect people who have a healthy & working immune system, but it can be harmful for the following groups of people. Those most vulnerable are

  • babies and young children

  • people with asthma or other lung conditions

  • people with allergies, bronchitis, or pneumonia,

  • older adults, and pregnant women.

  • Mould can worsen existing illnesses and cause respiratory problems if exposure persists.
